About Peg + Cat
Peg + Cat from Fred Rogers Productions aired 65 episodes over two seasons on PBS Kids from October 7, 2013 to April 23, 2018. Each half hour pairs two eleven minute math adventures with songs and graph paper jokes. Season 1 runs 40 episodes starting with The Chicken Problem.
Season 2 adds 25 episodes from March 2016 including the Save the World special. Stories stand alone from farms to purple planets, but later episodes reuse friends like Ramone and Richard. No new season has been ordered since 2018 and the show is complete.

Watch in broadcast order since problem types grow from counting to symmetry and measurement. Each story runs about 13 minutes, so two fit per sitting. The Save the World two parter opens season 2 and works best after season 1 friends are known. The show targets ages 3 to 5 with Common Core math. Games on PBS Kids follow the same episode order.
