Chained Soldier follows Yuuki paired with Kyouka in the Mato defense force against Shuuki. Season 1 has 12 episodes from Seven Arcs, with Junji Nishimura as general director and Goro Kuji directing. Season 2 has 12 episodes from Passione with Hayabusa Film, directed by Masafumi Tamura.
Season 3 was announced August 2, 2026 at a season 2 event with a visual and trailer, but no date or studio has been named. The manga runs 21 volumes as of June 2026 with 6.8 million copies. Both aired seasons are marked finished, so season 3 would follow season 2 directly.
