About Luck and Logic
Luck and Logic adapts Bushiroad's card game as Logicalists trance with goddesses against Foreigners. The 2016 original ran 12 episodes around Yoshichika rejoining ALCA's combat branch. Hina Logic from July 2017 ran 12 episodes at Doga Kobo around Princess Liones training at Pirari Academy in Hokkaido.
The two runs share the world and rules but swap casts from combat police to school trainees. Funimation streamed both. Watch the original for the war logic, then Hina Logic as a lighter school side story in the same system.
Good to know
Watch Luck and Logic before Hina Logic, since the school spinoff assumes the trance rules without reteaching them at all. Both runs are 12 episodes and self contained stories set in the same card world together. The card game line ended with no third anime announced, so the 2017 school run is the endpoint.
