About Yuru Yuri
Yuru Yuri follows Akari, Kyoko, Yui and Chinatsu in a middle school amusement club that mostly eats snacks and teases crushes. The run spans three TV seasons from 2011 to 2015, the Nachuyachumi vacation OVA, its plus two episode follow-up, and the Mini Yuri web shorts.
Watch seasons one and two, then Nachuyachumi, then season three. The OVA sits between seasons two and three in release and mood, so it bridges the staff change. Mini Yuri is a bonus short form spinoff and can be watched any time after season one without losing jokes.
Good to know
Release order works because the club year barely moves and gags reset each episode. Season three changes studios from Doga Kobo to TYO, which shifts the look more than the canon. Nachuyachumi is a vacation story, not a finale, so do not save it for last. No fourth season has been announced, leaving San Hai as the current end.
