About The Dragon Prince
The Dragon Prince tells its Xadia saga across seven nine episode Books from 2018 to 2024 on Netflix. The first three Books close the Dragon Prince arc, while Books four through seven form the Mystery of Aaravos arc ending with Dark in December 2024 for the saga and all.
Watch Books one to seven in order since the saga never branches. Graphic novels and the shuttered Xadia game sit outside as optional extras. A sequel series was announced in 2025 with crowdfunding but no distributor or date as of 2026.
Good to know
Release order matches story order across all 63 episodes, so no alternate list is needed. Each Book holds nine episodes for seven total across 63 episodes of the series run. With the finale behind it since December 2024, these seven Books are the complete guide until the announced sequel lands for fans.
