About Eddsworld
Eddsworld follows Edd, Tom and Matt through short slapstick Eddisodes made first by creator Edd Gould, then by friends carrying on after his death in March 2012. New viewers get confused by the three era names, but they are just labels for who was in charge: Gould for Classic, Thomas Ridgewell for Legacy (2012 to 2016), and Matt Hargreaves for Beyond (2020 onward).
Watch everything in release order and the handovers make sense on their own. Space Face bridges Classic into Legacy, The End closes Legacy, and Fan Service 2 reopens the show for Beyond. The 2017 webcomics fill the quiet gap between Legacy and Beyond for completists.
Good to know
Release order and story order are the same list here. The show is sketch comedy with loose continuity, so there is nothing to reorder chronologically. Tord's exit and villain return in The End land harder in release order. Skip the comics gap if you only want animation, but do not watch Space Face Part 2 before Part 1.
