About Firebuds
Firebuds follows Bo, Flash, Violet, Axl and their rigs in 2022 as junior rescuers in Gearbox Grove. Season 1 sets the buddy pairs, the rescue call pattern and the Riley family garage.
Season 2 from 2023 widens the calls to forest, water and sky rescues with new rigs. Watch season 1 first, then season 2. The shorts and songs stand alone, but the team roles and family beats land better in order for young viewers. Bo pairs with Flash while Violet pairs with Axl, and each call ends with a helper song.
Good to know
Watch season 1 before season 2. The buddy pair format repeats, so any single short works on its own, but Violet and Axl join the core rhythm in turn. The run streams on Disney Junior and Disney Plus. No third season had been announced as of October 2026, with season 2 the latest entry. Episodes run short, so the season order works as a gentle introduction path.
