About Hi-5
Hi-5 premiered April 1999 on Nine about five hosts singing with Chatterbox doll. Original run sets 594 episodes with weekly themes to 2011.
Revival arrived 2013 on Nine with new five plus 25 episodes to 2014 plus House series. Each series resets but keeps songs, so newcomers start with 1999 before 2013 for dances. The pace stays steady across entries, with each part adding new faces without losing the core tone. New jobs appear often, with each fix teaching care without losing humor and keeping friends clear.
Good to know
There is no strict story order since episodes reset with new songs each time. Watch 1999 series fully before 2013 revival, since revival assumes Hi-5 moves. Treat the run as complete with two casts, and save House for after mains. Plan extra time for finales, since later parts assume full knowledge of earlier twists.
