About Osmosis Jones
Osmosis Jones from 2001 pairs white cell Ozzy, voiced by Chris Rock, with cold pill Drix, voiced by David Hyde Pierce, policing zookeeper Frank, played by Bill Murray, across live action and cartoon body city. The plot tracks virus Thrax and the mayoral race inside Frank.
The Ozzy and Drix series from 2002 moves the duo to teen Hector with new virus, bacteria and allergy cases across two Kids WB seasons. Watch the film first for partnership rules, then the series for weekly cases. The run closed in 2004 with no revival announced.
Good to know
Release order matches the move from Frank to Hector for Osmosis Jones, so no separate chronology is needed. Watch the 2001 film first for Ozzy and Drix partnership rules, then take both series seasons freely for weekly cases. The show reuses body-city logic, so cases land best after the film. Weekly cases reuse film body-city rules.
