About Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2024 to 2025) continues the Mutant Mayhem film with the brothers juggling school and street patrols. Season 1 pits them against the Mechazoids and Bishop across 12 episodes in 2024. Season 2 brings new mutant threats across episodes in 2025. The show keeps the film's stylized look and young cast.
Watch in release order because school arcs and villain plans carry across episodes. Season 1 premiered August 2024 on Paramount Plus as the bridge from the movie. Season 2 followed in 2025 with the team tested by stronger foes. Start with Mutant Mayhem (2023) for the origin, then the two seasons as the serialized follow-up with no specials to insert.
Good to know
Season 1 runs 12 episodes with the Mechazoid arc as the spine, while season 2 expands the mutant roster. The film Mutant Mayhem (2023) is the ideal lead-in but the series recaps the origin fast. The voice cast matches the film, keeping the brother chemistry intact. Watch the movie first if new, then both seasons in order for the full Bishop storyline and the school subplots.
