About Against the Storm
Against the Storm (2023) builds beaver, human and lizard towns against Blightstorms, opening December 8, 2023 for PC from Eremite after early access October 2021 on Epic and November 2022 on Steam. Keepers of the Stone DLC (2024) adds frog wardens and stone quarries from September 26, 2024.
The expansion assumes you can seal glades and stack resolve without guides, with harder prestige pips. No new DLC has been announced. Play base to seal 10 first, then Keepers once you beat Prestige 5, since frogs change food math.
Good to know
Release order matches difficulty order, with Keepers tuning for veteran viceroys. Do not enable Keepers first, since frog houses plus stone carts overwhelm new outposts. The base runs best with Royal Woodlands start before Marshlands. Treat the set as complete, with no expansion dated and Eremite on patches.
