About Golden Sun
Golden Sun follows Isaac's party chasing the Mars Lighthouse across Weyard in 2001, ending on a cliffhanger resolved by playing as Felix's party in The Lost Age from 2002. The two Game Boy Advance games form one complete alchemy story with password save transfers.
Dark Dawn from 2010 jumps thirty years to the heroes' children with new Psynergy puzzles. The originals joined Switch Online in 2024 as the way to replay them. Play 1, then Lost Age, then Dark Dawn in order. No fourth game is announced despite years of fan demand.

Release order is story order from Isaac to Felix to the next generation. Transfer a completed first-game save into Lost Age for bonus Djinn and story callbacks. Dark Dawn assumes the combined GBA ending. The Switch Online versions are straight re-releases rather than remakes. A fourth game was conditioned on demand in 2012 with nothing since, so this three-game list is complete.
