About Kona
Kona arrived in 2017 from Parabole set in 1970 Quebec as detective Carl Faubert probes vandalism at Atamipek Lake alone. A blizzard traps him with first person chills and photo clues to log. Kona II: Brume followed in 2023 moving north to a mining village wrapped in blue mist thick.
The sequel keeps the narration and cold meters while adding a boat and wider maps. Both run about ten hours with calm pacing over combat. Play in release order since the second assumes you know Faubert and his limits.
Good to know
Play Kona 1 before Brume since the detective returns with the same kit and habits intact here always. Keep the cold and blizzard meters up in both, as storms kill faster than foes. Brume fits last as the 2023 release. No third game has been announced, so the two game run is complete and stable today.
