About MOSS
MOSS is the Tokyo shooter house formed by ex Seibu Raiden staff with the license in hand. Raiden III from 2005 opened the arcade revival, Raiden IV from 2007 refined it across a decade of ports, and Caladrius from 2013 tried gothic new IP on Xbox. Raiden V from 2016 went console first with cheers and strategy co-op.
Raiden NOVA from 2024 spins the series twin stick. The Raiden Fighters Remix Collection is listed TBA into 2026. Play in release order since the chaining and medal grammar carries across every entry.
Good to know
Release order is the play order. The numbered Raidens share mechanics, not story, while Caladrius stands apart as the gothic detour. Ports and remixes fold into their base entries rather than listing. The Fighters Remix Collection is listed TBA into 2026 and sits last. Start with Raiden IV for the series peak.
