About Zachtronics

SpaceChem arrived in 2011 with reactor plumbing. Infinifactory followed June 30, 2015 with 3D factories. TIS-100 and Shenzhen I/O covered assembly in between. Opus Magnum landed December 7, 2017 with alchemy engines.

Exapunks arrived October 2018 with hacking zines. Last Call BBS closed the studio July 4, 2022 as a farewell collection. Zachtronics shut down after that. Play SpaceChem first, then Infinifactory, then Opus Magnum, then Exapunks. Each teaches a new machine language. The histograms compare friends worldwide.

These are standalone puzzle boxes with no shared continuity, so release order is the tool climb. SpaceChem teaches flow. Infinifactory teaches 3D belts. Opus Magnum teaches arms. Exapunks teaches code. Last Call BBS is a farewell bundle for after the four. Treat the studio as finished in 2022 with teachers using the games since.
