Australia arrived in 2008 as a cattle epic with Kidman and Jackman, The Great Gatsby in 2013 restaged Jazz Age parties in 3D with DiCaprio, and Elvis in 2022 told Presley through Tom Hanks as Colonel Parker with Butler singing. The films share montage and needle drops but no plot, so release order shows the scale growing well.
