About Cable Girls
Cable Girls follows Lidia Aguilar hiding as Alba joining the Madrid telephone company with Marga, Carlota and Angeles across five seasons. Seasons 1 and 2 from 2017 to 2018 set the switchboard jobs, the Carlos romance, and the fire end.
Season 3 from 2018 moves to the prison break, seasons 4 and 5 from 2019 to 2020 close the dictatorship and war arcs across twenty episodes. Ramon Campos created the run with rotary phones and 1920s Madrid sets. Watch in release order since romances stack. The run closed in 2020 with no revival.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order for Cable Girls worth listing, since release order matches story order from 1920s Madrid to civil war. Time jumps are short, so the viewing path stays linear. Watch seasons 1 through 5 for the switchboard arc. Rotary plugs and Carlos jail break need early seasons.
