About Nurses
Nurses follows five rookie nurses at St Mary Hospital in Toronto with Tiera Skovbye as Grace and Natasha Calis as Ashley. Season one from January 2020 runs ten episodes setting ER rotations with Sandy and Keon plus night shifts. Creators Adam Pettle and Jay Melles keep each shift to one crisis and debrief.
Season two from June 2021 runs ten more to the series finale after Global and NBC closure. The second run closes Grace, Wolf and Matteo arcs with no threads left. Watch both for the complete rookie year with no gaps.
Good to know
Watch season one then season two with no skipping, since mentor pairs and Grace past carry over directly. Season two assumes you know the S1 rookie exams and Sandy leadership from St Mary shifts. Cases reset weekly but the rookie trust builds throughout. Treat the S2 finale as the planned close after the cancellation news.
