Physical: 100 starts with season 1 in 2023, a hundred Korean athletes across nine episodes ending with Woo Jin-yong. Season 2 Underground followed in 2024 across nine episodes in a mine setting, won by Amotti over Hong Beom-seok.
Physical: Asia arrived in 2025 as the third Korean season with 48 contestants from eight nations over twelve episodes, won by South Korea. Country remakes for Italy, Mexico, the United States, France and Sweden followed the format. Watch the three Korean seasons in order for the format changes.
Good to know
Watch season 1, then Underground, then Asia. The quests change each year, from the Pantheon arena to the mine to the palace set, but the torso smash rule stays constant. Asia scales to national teams of six, so it helps to know the solo format first. Italy and Mexico released in 2026 with the United States, France and Sweden dated after, all separate from the Korean list.
