About Selection Day
Selection Day is Netflix's Mumbai cricket drama about brothers Manju and Mohan chasing selection with a scheming father. Part 1 with six episodes from December 2018 sets the academy, Javed and Swami trials. Part 2 with six episodes from April 2019 closes the deal wars and love arcs.
Marston Bloom created both from Aravind Adiga's book with the same bat, deal and father beats. The trials never reset, so part two starts mid selection. The brothers only land in sequence. The deals never close on time.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order for Selection Day worth listing, since part two continues the same trials. Release order is story order. Start with part one for the academy rules, since part two assumes you know the father deals. The trials never ease across both hard parts for the two brothers here.
