About Touching Evil
Touching Evil is ITV crime drama about DCI David Creegan, shot in the head and back on duty with psychologist Rivers on a mobile unit without office. Series one aired in 1997, series two in 1998, series three in 1999, each with paired killers and Creegan injury fallout. Paul Abbott and others wrote the run.
The US remake with Jeffrey Donovan aired thirteen episodes in 2004 on USA with different team. Watch the UK three series first in air order for the Creegan Rivers arc, then the US run only if curious, since it restarts separately.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing for the UK run. The three series from 1997 to 1999 follow Creegan forward case by case with Rivers beside him, so release order and story order are the same list. The US version from 2004 is a separate adaptation with its own timeline outside this path.
