About Veep
Veep follows Selina Meyer and staff Gary, Amy, Dan, Jonah and Mike through gaffes and primaries. Early seasons trap her as VP under Hughes, middle years swing the presidency through ties and shutdowns, and final seasons run post POTUS libraries and a 2020 convention comeback.
Seven seasons aired with no revival ordered. Watch in broadcast order since elections, trials and funeral optics stack directly. Insults reset weekly but Selina power and staff betrayals only land in sequence, which makes skipping costly for the montage payoff.
Good to know
Broadcast order is the only order with no films to place. Season 1 sets Meyer office rules, so start there before the POTUS jump. The Qatar, data and Jonah arcs assume prior scandals, so keep them together. Treat season 7 as the planned end with the finale aging every staffer forward, since no revival has been dated.
