About Blue Archive
Blue Archive starts with the 2024 TV run across twelve episodes as Sensei gathers the Abydos students in Kivotos. Early episodes set the debt crisis, the Hoshino past and the problem solver jobs.
Short animations extend the edges with chibi extras. Watch the TV run first, then the shorts. Yostar Pictures stages the school arcs so each club reveal only lands in sequence. Hoshino and the Abydos crew anchor every arc. The debt ledger drives season 1. The Problem Solver jobs fill the middle. The mobile game continues beyond the run.
Good to know
Watch the TV run before the shorts. The anime adapts the game's Countermeasures arc with Hoshino at the center. No second season had been announced as of October 2026, so the twelve plus shorts stand as the run. The Kivotos halos mark every student. Start with the TV run. The game events continue beyond.
