About Eldoran
Eldoran is a Sunrise mecha franchise built around the warrior of light Eldran, who grants giant robots to classes of elementary school children so they can defend Earth. Zettai Muteki Raijin-Oh aired from April 1991 to March 1992 for 51 episodes, followed by Genki Bakuhatsu Ganbaruger from April 1992 to February 1993 for 47 episodes.
Nekketsu Saikyo Go-Saurer closed the trilogy from March 1993 to February 1994 with 51 episodes about a dinosaur themed robot team fighting the Mechanization Empire. The three series share staff, tone and the secret hero classroom setup, but each plot stands alone and release order matches story order.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing since each series is a standalone story set around its own school year, so release order is the full watch order. A four episode Raijin-Oh OVA from 1992 to 1993 adds side stories but is optional after the first series. Start with Raijin-Oh, then Ganbaruger, then Go-Saurer, and skip the cancelled Daiteioh project when you see it mentioned in fan lists.
