About Classroom of the Elite
Classroom of the Elite adapts the Year 1 novels across three Lerche seasons, then starts Year 2. Season 1 from 2017 sets the S-System, season 2 from 2022 plus season 3 from 2024 close the First Year arc, and season 4 from April to June 2026 runs sixteen episodes of Second Year First Semester.
The fourth season opened with a 90-minute four-episode premiere and closed June 24, 2026. A fifth season was announced right after the finale, so the White Room plot continues with no locked date yet while the light novels run ahead.
Good to know
Watch seasons 1 through 4 in broadcast order with no skipping, since the expulsion chess only pays off in sequence. Story order matches release order throughout, so one list covers the school. Season 5 stays yearless until dated, which is why the guide ends at the June 2026 finale, and the novels sit ready for readers.
