About Gabriel Dropout
Gabriel Dropout follows angel Gabriel White Tenma, who comes to Earth and turns into a game obsessed shut in, checked by friend Vignette April Tsukinose. Early episodes set Gabriel's fall, apartment laziness, Vigne cooking, Satanichia McDowell Kurumizawa's melon bread schemes and Raphiel Ainsworth Shiraha's teasing. Doga Kobo adapts Ukami's manga from January 2017.
Middle episodes cover beach trips, coffee shop jobs with Master, junior angel Tapris, Christmas and festival prep. Later episodes close with plays, dog walking jobs and Gabriel staying with friends. Watch episodes 1 through 12 in order, then the two OVAs, since Vigne routines, Satania failures and Raphiel pranks build across the run.
Good to know
Watch episodes 1 through 12 in broadcast order, then the two OVA extras which sit with the TV run. Gags reset each outing, but school terms, job rules and angel demon ranks carry forward, so air order is story order. The manga runs past the anime with the same setup. No second season has aired, so the twelve episodes plus OVAs stand as the complete run for now.
