About How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom
Realist Hero follows Kazuya Souma, summoned to Elfrieden and put on the throne to fix the economy and army. Part 1 has 13 episodes directed by Takashi Watanabe at J.C.Staff. Part 2 has 13 episodes continuing the war and reform arcs on the same staff. Both parts aired on Tokyo MX and BS11.
The run is marketed as one series split across two cours for broadcast. Light novels ended December 25, 2024 at 20 volumes with web novel finished in 2024. No part 3 has been announced, so the 26 episodes are the full anime run.
Good to know
Watch part 1, then part 2. Part 2 starts where part 1 ends with the Amidonia conflict and the new administration firmly in place. There are no films or OVAs to place between the 26 episodes at all. The story is linear statecraft and battle, so release order and story order are the same list throughout.
