About Hyper Police
Hyper Police aired April to September 1997 from Pierrot about catgirl Natsuki hunting with fox Batanen in a human free future. Early episodes set office debts and monster bounties across Tokyo.
Later episodes shift to Sakura pasts and finale hunts with no films. The story runs one straight line with no extras, so broadcast order keeps bounties clear. The pace stays steady across entries, with each part adding new faces without losing the core tone. New jobs appear often, with each fix teaching care without losing humor and keeping friends clear.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order worth listing since all 25 episodes run in sequence with no side arcs to reorder. Watch episodes 1 to 8 for setup, 9 to 17 for hunts, then 18 to 25 for the end close. The manga runs longer, so the anime alone covers the core arc. Plan extra time for finales, since later parts assume full knowledge of earlier twists.
