About Kemono Friends
Kemono Friends follows Serval and the lost girl Kaban exploring Japari Park across two twelve episode seasons. The 2017 first season by director Tatsuki and Yaoyorozu became a surprise hit, while the 2019 second season from Tomason continues in the park with a new lead.
Watch season one before season two since the park lore and the Cerulean threat carry over. Short extras like the two minute episode 12.1 and the Japari Park streaming shorts sit outside the main list. No third season has been announced as of 2026.
Good to know
Release order matches story order as a linear park sequel, so no chronological reorder is listed. Kemurikusa shares director Tatsuki and the team but is a separate original work, not a Kemono Friends entry, so it stays out of this list. Both seasons finished airing with twelve episodes each and no continuation announced.
