About Saekano
Saekano follows Tomoya building a doujin game with Megumi, Utaha and Eriri. Season 1 ran 13 counted episodes from January to March 2015 starting with episode 0 fanservice. Flat ran 12 total in 2017 with a web episode 0 in April then 11 TV episodes to June.
Fine arrived October 2019 as a 115 minute film adapting the final light novel volumes. The run is complete with no sequel. Watch season 1, then Flat with its episode 0 first, then Fine. The zeros recap rather than advance, so keep them where they released.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order. Each season follows Tomoya game progress in order, so release order is the only list. Episode zeros work as premieres rather than prequels. Fine from 2019 ends the routes closed with the game complete. No new anime has been announced since the 2019 film. That movie is the endpoint.
