About Sugar Apple Fairy Tale
Sugar Apple Fairy Tale aired 24 episodes across two cours in 2023 from J.C.Staff, adapting Miri Mikawa novels about silver sugar craft. Anne Halford travels to the capital for her Silver Sugar Master title, guarded by fairy warrior Challe, while rival houses test her candy sculptures. The first cour covers the journey, the workshop setup and first exhibition clashes.
The second cour follows the royal medal contest and Anne pledge to free Challe. It ends with the title match and the pair choosing a shared road. No second season has aired, so the 24 episodes form the complete run. Watch 1 through 12, then 13 through 24 in broadcast order.
Good to know
Watch 1 through 12 first, then 13 through 24 in order. The contests build on recipe lessons, so the title match lands after the workshop episodes. The Challe bond arc spans both cours and ends in the finale. The novels run past this point but no further anime adapts them, so these 24 episodes are the full path from apprentice journey to Master result.
