About Time Bokan
Time Bokan from Tatsunoko launched in October 1975 with Tanpei finding the Dynamond across eras. Yatterman from 1977 runs 108 episodes as the signature run with Doronbo trio. Zenderman, Otasukeman, Yattodetaman, Gyakuten Ippatsuman and Itadakiman follow yearly to 1983 with the same three villains renamed.
Yatterman Night from 2015 flips to Doronbo heroes, while Time Bokan 24 from 2016 reboots with history fixes across 24 episodes. No new run was dated by September 2026, so the eight classics plus two revivals form the set.
Good to know
There is no strict story order since each run reboots the chase with new heroes fully. Broadcast order works best because mecha gags and trio roles build on prior shows directly. Yatterman assumes nothing but rewards Time Bokan knowledge with in jokes. The 2015 and 2016 revivals spoil classic villain fates, so watch them last in turn.
