About Tsukimichi
Tsukimichi follows Makoto Misumi, a teen sent to a fantasy world by the goddess Tsukuyomi in July 2021 across 12 episodes. Cast aside for his looks, he builds a demiplane home with the dragon Tomoe and spider Mio, taking mercenary jobs around Tsige and learning common tongue magic from scratch.
Season 2 ran 25 episodes from January to June 2024, moving Makoto into academy teaching in Rotsgard and deeper clashes with demons, hyumans and old gods. Watch season 1 first, then season 2 straight through. Release order matches story order, with the second season assuming the demiplane cast is fully known.
Good to know
Start with the 12 episode 2021 season to learn Makoto, Tomoe and Mio before the longer 2024 run. Season 2 runs 25 episodes, so plan two sittings for the academy arc and the demon war arc. Both seasons stream with subs and dubs, with the dub keeping name spellings consistent. No film or OVA sits between seasons, so the TV run is the full story so far.
