About We Never Learn
We Never Learn adapts Taishi Tsutsui manga about Nariyuki Yuiga tutoring geniuses Fumino, Rizu and Uruka for university exams. Season 1 aired April to June 2019 for 13 episodes from Studio Silver, setting the VIP recommendation deal. Season 2 aired October to December 2019 for 13 episodes, closing the exam push toward the festival.
Two OVAs followed with manga volumes, one in November 2019 at the beach and one in April 2020 at the chapel. The manga ran alternate routes after the anime, but the anime itself tells one straight tutoring line.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order, since tutoring, exams and festival run in a straight school year for Nariyuki. Watch season 1, then season 2, then the two OVAs as beach and chapel extras. The OVAs are fan service side trips outside exam pressure, so they can be skipped without losing the main arc.
