About Big Guy and Rusty
Big Guy and Rusty follows giant mech Big Guy with boy robot Rusty fighting Quark threats across two seasons and 26 episodes on Fox Kids. Season 1 from 1999 sets the Legion labs, the Boyborg backup, and the weekly monster pattern with Dr Slate and General Burke.
Season 2 from 2000 to 2001 keeps the duo with new villains, the Dwayne Hunter pilot secret, and the finale after Quark return. The Japan Quark base and squid schemes carry arcs. Watch in release order since team trust stacks. The run closed in 2001 with no revival announced.
Good to know
There is no separate chronological order for Big Guy and Rusty worth listing, since episodes are standalone and release order is the only path. The mech launch stays fixed each week with Quark alerts, so any episode works alone. Watch season 1 first for the duo rules, then take season 2 freely in order now.
