About BraveStarr
BraveStarr aired in syndication from September 1987 to February 1988 with 65 episodes from Filmation. It follows Marshall Bravestarr calling on hawk, wolf, bear and puma spirits with Thirty Thirty beside him against Tex Hex and Stampede. Episodes pair one New Texas dispute with one Kerium scheme, from Fort Kerium to the Badlands.
The show ran its full syndication order in one stretch with no second season, closing the Stampede war by attrition rather than finale. Filmation folded soon after, leaving the Marshall's run as its last major original rather than a cancelled arc.
Good to know
Watch episodes one through 65 in broadcast order, since the Shaman lessons and the Tex Hex origin assume sequence even though most stories stand alone. The five-part pilot opens the spirit powers, so do not start mid-run. Later episodes lean into the Kerium stakes, which land best with the early New Texas setup fresh.
