About Gaslight District
The Gaslight District is Glitch Productions supernatural crime comedy from creator Nick Szopko, set around an undead crime family called the Smiling Dead. The pilot premiered April 18 2025 on the GLITCH YouTube channel and runs about 27 minutes, introducing Ken, Mel, Mud and Breadhead plus the Virtue Corp threat. It passed 11 million views in its first week and later passed 23 million.
Glitch greenlit a full Season 1 in July 2025 after a fan funding push, with Screen Australia support noted in production listings. No Season 1 episodes beyond the pilot had premiered as of October 2026, so the viewing order stays simple. Watch the pilot first, then pick up Season 1 from its first episode once dates are announced.
