About Grossology
Grossology aired 52 segments across two seasons from September 2006 to 2008, produced by Nelvana for YTV and Discovery Kids. Siblings Ty and Abby use Grossology science to fight gross villains like Sloppy Joe, with Lab Rat and Chester backing them from the secret lab.
Watch Season 1 from 2006 then Season 2 from 2007 in air order, since villain returns and lab upgrades carry forward. The series adapts Sylvia Branzei's books loosely across slime, bugs and body science cases. Both seasons stream as one run, and the finale closes the Sloppy Joe arc without a revival season. Slime gags never crowd out the detective structure.
Good to know
Release order matches story order across both seasons with no films or specials to place. Season 1 sets the Grossology lab, the sibling team and the core villain roster. Season 2 adds new gross tech and brings back Sloppy Joe for the closing arc. Episodes run 22 minutes each, so the full run totals about 19 hours and works fine as a straight full pass.
