About Larva
Larva follows two worms, Red and Yellow, through wordless slapstick in sewers, a house, New York, a tropical island, and family life. Season 1 aired 104 episodes in 2011 on KBS1. Season 2 added 52 in 2013. Season 3 ran 104 in New York from 2014 to 2015.
Season 4 moved to Netflix as Larva Island in 2018, followed by The Larva Island Movie in 2020 and the Pendant special in 2022. Larva Family arrived in 2023 and Larva in Mars in 2024. A feature film with Erica Rivinoja writing was announced in 2023 with no date. Watch in release order.
Good to know
Release order equals story order closely enough that no separate chronological list helps. The worms do not age and each era is a new location, so the intended path is simply seasons 1 through 6 with the two films where they released. The Island Movie slots after Island season 4 and Pendant slots after that. Keep the announced feature last with a null year until TUBA dates it.
