About LoliRock
LoliRock follows Iris joining Talia and Auriana as a pop band that doubles as Ephedian princesses hunting oracle gems against Gramorr. Season 1 ran 26 episodes from October 2014 to April 2016 on France 3 and France 4. Season 2 ran 26 episodes from February to March 2017 with the Crown of Ephedia arc closing on a two part finale.
Marathon Media and Zodiak Kids produced the series with anime influenced styling and songs like Higher. Netflix carried the English dub in 2016 and 2017. Creator Jean-Louis Vandestoc announced a third season in 2023 aimed at 2028, so the 2017 finale is the current endpoint.
Good to know
Watch season 1 before season 2, since the oracle gems carry over and the finale assumes the full set. Most episodes stand alone, but the Shanila training and the final two episodes need sequence. Iris leads the band throughout both seasons. Season 3 is announced for 2028 with no firm date, so its entry stays yearless until production locks.
