About Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur
Moon Girl follows 13 year old genius Lunella Lafayette and her T Rex in Lower East Side protection. Season 1 (2023) runs 16 episodes from February 10, 2023 on the Beyonder and Original Moon Girl setup. Season 2 (2024) runs 25 episodes from February 2, 2024, with the second half dropping February 7, 2025 to the March 8, 2025 finale Shoot for the Moon.
Disney Television Animation made the Marvel show for Disney Channel and Disney+. It was cancelled in October 2024 after two seasons, with the crew finishing the last 10 as a closing run. Watch in broadcast order, since Molecule Man, Turbo and family reveal stack without recaps.
Good to know
Broadcast order is story order, with the family learning Lunella's secret late in season 2. Do not skip to the finale, since the Beyonder road trip and the grounded ban only land in sequence. The shelved Gatekeeper episode sits outside continuity and can be skipped. Treat season 2 as the ending, since Disney has no third run planned.
