About Sky Commanders
Sky Commanders follows high altitude rangers holding the frontier against raiders. Thirteen episodes aired July 5 to September 27, 1987 in syndication as part of the Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera, co-produced with Toei Animation. The cable assaults, the summit rescues and the raider feuds carry the run across thirteen.
The complete series reached DVD through Warner Archive in 2012. No revival is announced. Watch episodes 1 through 13 in order since the ranger roster and the raider feuds stack lightly across the summer.
Good to know
Watch episodes 1 through 13 in airing order. The ranger lineup and the altitude rescues stack lightly, so the finale only lands with the run behind it. No second season, film or revival is announced. The thirteen stand as the complete run with the DVD closing it out. The raider feuds only make sense in airing sequence.
