About Anarchy Online
Anarchy Online launched June 2001 on Rubi Ka with Omni Tek versus Clans over notum. Notum Wars (2002) added tower land control as the first booster, Shadowlands (2003) opened Jobe and afterlife zones with new breeds.
Alien Invasion (2004) brought city raids against Kyr Ozch generals, Lost Eden (2006) added orbital playfields and mechs for PvP. Later Legacy of the Xan continued dungeon content. The game stays live free with the base plus Notum Wars free. Play in release order, since each pack assumes prior implant and tower systems.
Good to know
Release order tracks systems growth from 2001 to 2006 without blocking newcomers. Start with the free base plus Notum Wars for tower war basics that teach land control. Add Shadowlands for Jobe perks, then Alien Invasion and Lost Eden for raids and mechs last. The series stays ongoing with free servers and no sequel dated.
