About Deponia

Deponia from Daedalic follows junkyard inventor Rufus chasing Elysium girl Goal across a trash planet. Deponia from June 2012 sets the tower drop and platypus puzzles. Chaos on Deponia from October 2012 splits Goal into three personalities to fix.

Goodbye Deponia from October 2013 closes the trilogy with a launch choice. Deponia Doomsday from March 2016 rewinds time with a crystal and retells the run as a loop. No fifth game was planned, so Doomsday stands as the finale despite its reset trick.

Good to know

Play one to four in release order with no skipping, since Goal's injuries and Cletus plots carry directly. Chaos assumes you know the S1 tower fall and Argus role. Goodbye answers the Elysium question plainly, while Doomsday replays jokes with new solutions. Use point and click hints sparingly. Treat the four as a closed comedy with one true ending before the loop.
