About Grasshopper Manufacture
Grasshopper Manufacture is Goichi Suda's punk studio, allergic to normal. Flower Sun and Rain from 2001 stranded a searcher in a looping hotel day, killer7 from 2005 split an assassin into seven personalities, and No More Heroes from 2007 made Travis Touchdown mow ranked assassins with a beam katana. Its 2010 sequel doubled the body count.
Shadows of the Damned from 2011 shot demons with a talking skull, Lollipop Chainsaw from 2012 cheered through zombies, and Killer Is Dead from 2013 mooned over executioners. Travis Strikes Again from 2019 rebooted in indie collars before No More Heroes 3 from 2021 closed the saga. Romeo Is a Dead Man from February 2026 opens the self published era.
Good to know
Release order is the play order since every game resets its weirdos with no shared world. Start with No More Heroes or killer7 for the house grammar of ranked kills and menu surrealism. Let It Die runs as a live service co-production and folds into the notes rather than the list. The Romeo Switch 2 port is the same game. A second 2026 title is teased with no name and stays out.
