About Lies of P
Lies of P launched in September 2023 on PC and consoles with Krat, Legion Arms and lie versus truth endings. Overture arrived in June 2025 as a shadow launch prequel set in the last winter before base, adding Zoo, Rose Estate and Arlecchino plus weapons, bosses and difficulty options. A Wo Long crossover update landed in 2024.
Overture happens earlier yet plays best after base for Carlo, Romeo, Geppetto and Sophia reveals. Base passed 3 million by mid 2025 and 4 million by 2026. Complete Edition bundles both. A sequel with Dorothy was confirmed in 2023 with Round8 now Nough, but had no date as of September 2026.
Good to know
Play base first, then Overture, even though Overture is a prequel in dates. Base endings hinge on lies, side quests for Alidoro and Red Fox plus Sophia choice, so track those before final. Overture adds accessibility modes that base lacks at launch. Denuvo left post launch. Treat the Dorothy sequel as yearless until Neowiz dates it.
