About Skate
Skate ditches combo scores for Flickit stick tricks in real cities. Skate in 2007 sets San Vanelona with career threats, Skate 2 in 2009 rebuilds after an earthquake with hand plants, and Skate 3 in 2010 moves to Port Carverton with teams and sales. The reboot Skate from 2025 goes free to play live service in San Vansterdam with seasons.
Entries stand alone with no story order to follow. New players often start with Skate 3 for teams and parks, or the reboot for current online. Flickit muscle memory carries across all four, so one full run teaches the loop for the rest with no prior Tony Hawk needed.
Good to know
Release order shows parks grow from streets to teams to live seasons, but start with Skate 3 complete where possible. Skate 1 teaches Flickit basics hardest, Skate 2 adds walking puzzles, and the reboot adds live missions. Full Fat and EA Skate labels mean the same reboot, so do not double count them. Treat the reboot as latest rather than last with seasons arriving.
