About Suda51
Goichi Suda directed Killer7 in 2005 with Capcom about seven assassins in one body. No More Heroes followed in 2007 with Travis Touchdown climbing ranked fights, then its sequel Desperate Struggle in 2010. Shadows of the Damned arrived in 2011 as a demon run with Garcia and Johnson.
Lollipop Chainsaw came in 2012 with Juliet slicing through school, Killer Is Dead in 2013 returned to moon themed hits, and No More Heroes 3 in 2021 brought Travis back against aliens. The games share humor and bosses but no saves carry, so release order teaches the parry timing.
Good to know
Play oldest to newest since combat builds from rails to open fights. Killer7 and Shadows suit horror nights while the Heroes run is pure rank comedy fun. Lollipop and Killer Is Dead pair as his collab peak with James Gunn. No next directed game has a date yet, so the 2021 Travis return stays last until one lands.
