About Undertale and Deltarune
Undertale (2015) follows a child through the monster Underground with its famous mercy route. Deltarune continues in an alternate world with Kris, Susie and Ralsei across released chapters: 1 and 2 (2018, 2021) plus 3 and 4 (2025). More chapters are confirmed with no dates.
Play Undertale first. Deltarune reuses ideas but tells its own story.
Good to know
Finish Undertale's pacifist route before Deltarune for the full effect. Later chapters assume the earlier ones.
