About Crocodile Dundee
Crocodile Dundee from 1986 takes Mick from the Outback to New York with reporter Sue, becoming a huge comedy hit worldwide with quotable lines. Part II from 1988 flips the trip with drug plots back home and in the city with the couple together facing dealers.
Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles from 2001 catches the pair older with a son and a film studio mystery to solve. Anniversary 4K work and documentaries arrived in 2025 to 2026 for fans, but the 2018 trailers were a tourism hoax. No fourth narrative film exists.
Good to know
Watch parts 1 through 3 in release order from start to finish fully. The romance and fish out of water jokes build across the trips, so skipping breaks them badly. The 2001 entry plays softer and older by design after the long gap. The tourism clips from 2018 are ads, not a film to hunt down ever. Start with the Outback original for the full Mick effect.
